Durham tickets

Was meant to book tickets for me and my eldest son to the blast game next Sunday but have mistakenly booked them for Tuesday night instead.

We can’t make Tuesday night so I’ve emailed the box office asking to switch them.

Is that something they would do or will I have to pay again for next Sunday?
