I still never got a reply about upgrading to a 5yr Gold thingy, disappointing really. Although I know the lass brought in didn't last long, got pedalled apparently.

Guess that explains this email today

We are pleased to have appointed a new membership manager to the team. Michael Thorpe has joined the team and over the past month has been settling into the role.



The son of former Durham cricketer Ash Thorpe, Michael has experience in customer service and retail and will bring that knowledge to the team.



Michael will be available via email or in the clubs Welcome Hub which is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am-4pm and matchdays.



He will help members with any enquiries and is also available to listen to any suggestions or issues you may have.



Michael will also be helping to arrange members evenings and events.
