Hmm I wonder what's caused the delay?🤔

I don't do international games, ECB don't get a penny off me.

We are in the same division as Glamorgan, Leicestershire and Derbyshire, all grounds I've never been to. In an ideal world we are hoping for Colwyn Bay but we shall see.

One Day Cup away days will grab our attention as we had a couple of great days this year away, maybe get to some out-grounds for example.
I’ve played there, nice ground.

As a county ground it’s ok but nothing special mind. Watched Durham play Lancs at Southport and that’s probably nicer.

More CD Cricket in midsummer,Hundred in August, presumably T20 will immediately precede it. Looks likely that Yorkshire will retain test venue but be relegated in CC.

I'd go the other way if it's a one or the other (which it shouldn't, it should be both)

Hit them in the pocket with no internationals. Fuck the financial implications. Surely that's the point

Yes,certainly given the severity of Durham's sanction but that was manifestly unfair and draconian. 2 wrong don't make a right and why should all NE supporters be deprived of watching live test cricket. Stage the test at Headingley but remove the financial control and majority of profit from Yorkshire.

Up until this summer I had only ever been to the Riverside. I had a week off and went away with my wife and her parents for a few days and had a spare day at the end and I went to see Leicestershire v Glamorgan in the one day cup. It got rained off after the first innings which was not ideal but its got me interested in doing a few more county grounds. Might try and knock off 2 per season.

The ECB need time to find an excuse as to why they have not treat YCCC as harshly as they tret DCCC for financial issues.

I could be wrong mind.
Are the racists still getting the only 100 fixtures on this side of the pennines in the North?

Or are the ECB going to go full on Tory and just wipe the North off the map completely?
