Cannot for the life of me fathom how our bowling attack has become as bad as it is.

I wonder if they are putting all their eggs in one basket in the hope that Wood plays the final two games instead of getting on overseas seamer. Mind even if Wood is fit I would have still got an overseas in, we need 20 wickets and the current crop don't seem capable of that.

A year ago this week Potts took 9-68 as we demolished Lancs at Ch le St. His lack of form this season has been jaw dropping.

I'd be a hypocrite if I agreed. I hate all of this short term contract shite although everyone seems to do it.

Should be a cutoff point and after that you have to work with what you have. Although what you'd do if players were called to international duty is a possible exception.
