Back on topic, I’ll be delighted if we’re signing Petersen.
If it is him, he should be able to play the first 8 Championship matches which would represent a good deal for us in relation to our promotion hopes. He wouldn’t need to join up with South Africa until July if he’s in their ODI squad - their first tour game is on the 12th. If he’s only selected for the red ball stuff he wouldn’t need to leave us until August.

Yeah Bancroft told last season Durham wouldn't be re-signing him.
Looks like KP has played a few seasons club cricket over here so had an idea about English wickets now for the Riverside.
