Drinking in the summer

I'm not a heavy drinker. Maybe usually have a drink 3/4 days a week.

But anyone else find it bloody difficult not to drink more when the sun's out? Just finally finished getting the garden sorted. Working from home and sitting outside and wondering if its too early for a Sam Adams?

I'm fine in the winter but the sun just brings out an urge for cold beer.

You drink outdoors when it's warm, indoors when it's cold. Obviously.

I can easily go without drinking in the house over the winter, apart from christmas period of course.

Summer comes and I cant help get stuck into it, i'm trying to stick to G&T's this summer though in the hope to lose a few lbs, although last weekend nailed 24 cans on cider over the weekend.

You don't have wine with evening meals?

I still have a drink, just nowhere near as much as summer where i'd happily sit and put it away until its coming out my ears.
