We do support our young lads, but they are playing a champions league team. I dont think theres 10 premier league appearances between our entire team.

Its not being unsupportive to expect we will get beat.

I had a dream last night, saw the draw as clear as day 38 Sunderland v 27 scum, couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it today and my wife (no) looked up the numbers. We won 3-1 by the way. Make of that, what you will.

That’s not the case is it? A fan saying the odds are that Newcastle will win (obvious) doesn’t mean you would treat the game prep like that by telling the players as much

With current squads, you should win this 99% of the time, if you don’t, you’re a laughing stock, if you do, it’s expected.
 
It's an exciting fixture.

We can simultaneously recognize the Saudi ownership and all that it entails, and at the same time get up for the game and try to win it. Just because we have a legitimate fall back position if we lose, doesn't mean we can't be excited at the prospect of winning.
