Was over 110,000. They are currently rewriting history saying the petition was just to investigate the PL’s delay and transparency issues etc and nowt to do with the Saudi takeover but the lad who started it updated the group with a ‘we done it’ message following the takeover. It’s all written down in the link below.

All Mike Ashley’s fault now - he’s the one who sold the club. Nowt to do with the fans they say. A quiet shame and secret embarrassment has set in for a few.

The mags petitioned Boris Johnson & the stories directly to force through the buy out and they’ll never be allowed to forget it.

Every football fan in England knows the score and watched them party with cans & tea towels on their heads.

I know we will likely lose 6-0 but still have the hope there, haway useless Beale and our red and white army.
