I'm honestly not taking the piss here and I dont use any form of social media but why would anyone give a toss what was 'trending' on twitter?

Would that really force Donald to sell up?

Not really. He’d then be owed a minimum of £25-£55 million from the club depending on whichever version of the story you listen to in terms of how much he originally paid for it and nobody would buy it from him at that price.

Oh, yes. I overlooked that. Any balance owed by Madrox to SAFC is a simple trade debtor in the club's books, and would, in all probability be legally enforceable if necessary. So he'd need to clear that as well.

Will freely admit I was initially taken in by them but their absolutely farcical handling of the Maja situation was when I first started to have serious doubts about them. The way they conducted their 'negotiations' in public was amateurish beyond belief.

Forgot all about the Reece James situation as well
I think Once they realise it wasnt a quick buck it was all about cost cutting.
James, Oviedo, cattermole departures were all due to cutting wage bill. Apparently club tried to get watmore on a similar agreement all summer

Not strictly true that. If he clears the £10m loan a sale at anything over that reduces his overall loss position.

Don't turn up to the games. Only way the club will sit up and take notice. If we keep turning up and spending money they wont be arsed. I stopped going after the Burton Game and wont be back until this conman has gone
Exactly. Stop giving him your hard earned money. This is about the future of the football club. Let the numbers speak for themselves.

He'd also have to repay the balance owed by Madrox to SAFC. That's a simple trade debtor in Sunderland's books.
So what, you're still ignoring the overall point. Deliberately one might say.

If he clears the £10m he can take the Americans out of the equation. If he gets anything more than that on a sale he lessens his overall loss.

He'd get nowt if he defaulted you said, £90k to be exact. He'd lose it all then.

Pay £10m to get a £20m sale through. That's conservative as well given he says its worth twice that.
He'd lose a lot more keeping a loss-making club with rapidly declining attendances. He'd lose even more in L2.

Let's not forget he paid £5-10m in real money. He lost £10m on Eastleigh so it won't be the first time he's dropped that amount playing Billy big bollocks

Can’t we get fans of clubs we have a good relationship with trending this too? Surely Bury fans will understand? How about Stoke? They’ve had enough of our f***ing players down the years.

The amount methven said probably wont be repaid though?

It would have to be as it is showing on Sunderland’s accounts as a debtor.
He's suggested that that has been repaid in part at least. Are we ignoring that for the purposes of this? For all Charlie said it wouldn't be obviously.

The accounts haven’t been filed suggesting that it has been repaid yet so we don’t know if it has or not.
