Donald to meet efl tomorrow

So people are unhappy that Short didn’t comment on why he was at a meeting about a deal he is part of even though the club statement confirmed nothing further would be said until after efl approval :lol:

I think you might have missed my point marra. Conway was one of the first to start asking questions about FIFA and Blatter. He won't have been standing there this morning by coincidence. There's a possibily he smells a rat, or even has evidence of something about Short. Let' Just keep our fingers crossed that Donald has the financial backing to support his bid. Then hopefully Short can be thrown to the lions.
I’m sorry like but thinking Blatter was a bit dodgy is hardly a major investigative scoop. One look at the bloke and it became obvious.
He was there hoping for a scoop and Short as expected didn’t take any questions.

The meeting is ongoing and the buyer and seller are talking to the efl about it. Everything else is pure speculation atm.

If I was to add 2 and 2 and 2 together and come up with 4,001 and shit my pants then I would wonder if this meeting at the EFL was to tell Donald and Short that they weren't ratifying the deal and why. Conway has got wind of it, hence his presence there, Wilder has got wind of it hence his signing a new contract at SUFC and this place has got wind of it hence an ever increasing sense of panic......

I wonder what Donald would do if this takeover falls through and he's sold Eastleigh....

Would he jump the gun like that without assurances of this takeover going through.

Maybe he was looking to sell Eastleigh regardless.

Statement from Donald;

"It is with great sadness and regret that I have to inform the Eastleigh fans that I have put our football club up for sale."

"It is an emotional decision for me and one that I did not expect to have to make. However, with my potential involvement in Sunderland, it is a condition that I must relinquish control of Eastleigh. If the rules were different I would have loved to remain with the club for many years to come."

Fuck sake man, logic has no place on here!
