Iirc Donald was saying just the other day that the EFL were responding quickly and working well.

Can't see why they would intentionally drag their feet knowing the window is open and we are managerless atm but they will still have to be thorough, maybe having Donald and someone representing Ellis/the club will be able to satisfy them quickly and get it sorted? Seems logical.
