I've read his statement and most of it is what would need to be said but the bit I'm not sure about is WHY now,today? This statement could have been made anytime over the past five to six weeks and my reasoning is that something has changed to put this out now..

It wasn't today, it was over a month ago, just someone has bumped up the thread.

The matters about the £20 million are already being discussed in another thread, so to stop duplication and more confusion I am now closing this thread.
