Dog was called Jarvis, I've known the owner for years, I won't embarrass him by naming him but a cracking bloke, albeit supported Scotland. Many years ago now, but there was a very famous picture of a dog that someone had smuggled into the crowd sat watching the game. I may be mistaken but the game may have involved us. Anyone remember and have the picture to post?
He also took the dog to York pre season and Hull.Even had a seat reservation on the train back up from Hull, Ozzy also took a dog into Bristol city away, argued with the stewards that it was a comfort dog and he couldn't be separated from it.Ended up with a pitch side seat.Dog was called Jarvis, I've known the owner for years, I won't embarrass him by naming him but a cracking bloke, albeit supported Scotland.
Edit watching Worcestershire v Durham last weekend there was an Old English Sheeepdog, sat with its owns, in the stand
That's his name, Think he used to live at Bishop Auckland I've known him for yearsThink it was Billy from Shildon, knew him from away games years ago, used to join the train at Darlo. Top lad.

I can't find a clip of it but it was mentioned in the Scottish title thread. Many years ago now, but there was a very famous picture of a dog that someone had smuggled into the crowd sat watching the game. They have taken over. Too many dogs in the UK now. The overspill into public spaces with owners who won't be parted and insist dogs have more rights than humans. Dogs in workplaces to be the norm soonIt wouldn’t surprise me if it became a ‘thing’!
Seems to be becoming the new norm to allow dogs in pubs, restaurants, cafes and even some airlines are allowing people to bring them into cabins
Disgusting!

I despair when I see frail people pushing dogs in prams. WTF is that all aboutThey have taken over. Too many dogs in the UK now. The overspill into public spaces with owners who won't be parted and insist dogs have more rights than humans. Dogs in workplaces to be the norm soon
The Dog Rights movement will be the next culture war - to top the trans debate. But there's a load more dogs than trans people so the battle will be lost
A few weeks later we played Reading away and he was waiting outside Reading station. You’ve never seen so many people stop and make a fuss of a dog!Think it was Billy from Shildon, knew him from away games years ago, used to join the train at Darlo. Top lad.
