I know it's the Champions league left for City but who apart from Leicester didn't buy the league, also very few teams have won the Champions League without buying it tbh.

FFP is a joke, on the surface it doesn't look to bad but shock horror scratch the surafec and it's just the so called 'big' clubs making sure no 'small' club can beat them long term, as shown by Leicester when they just got picked apart.
