Have to be honest I was expecting so much more from boro today given all the hype they've had since Carrick went there, but we looked just as good as them and we've scored some absolute quality team goals this season too.

To win more of the 2nd and 3rd balls,
stop the piss farting about when trying to play out from the back,
for Patto to be more accurate in his distribution
for the attacking player to hit the ball 1st time
to have some vision in midfield to distribute the ball better
to keep someone on the 1/2 way line when we are defending
..................something like that.
Any good for you?

Today we let the Boro come back at us for 10 minutes prior to our 2nd goal.
And we just seemed to try to walk the ball into the net on numerous occasions.

In all my 45 years of watching us, there's only Reids team (from a SAFC point of view) that comes anywhere near the football we play at the minute.

I thought at times (and a fair bit of time) we would have not looked out of place mid premiership. Big call i know but i believe we have a bloody good base to build on.

It's been a trait of our play all season.
So no we don't play the best football in the North East.

From what I have seen of the Mags & Boro - all of the North East teams have good and bad games.
We are no different.

As I mentioned, we are lacking in so many ways, and very frustrating at times to watch - when we can, should do better in all departments over 90 minutes.
But hey ho - we won, and got the 3 points.
