ive got it free for 12 months with me new phone contract so been having a look today looks canny for nowt.. but i cant get the subtitles on been to the settings part and clicked on the subtitles tick that says off but nowt happens wglhen i click to change it.. the tick stays in the off position.. tried a few different films and series but nowt.. any tips plz..
