Got mine this morning and the figures were way off what they should be.
Checked my account and the payments are correct on there but it doesn't inspire confidence, so worth everyone checking that their account is correct.

Exactly the same for me as well! Correct payments should be £102 per month but email says £253 what a joke!

My brother got his email same time and his payment is less than mine and he pays for 2 tickets!

Mine is correct but was about £70 too much when I renewed. Like many with this issue, we’d moved seats and had to prove prior tickets as they had no record
