Direct debit confirmation balls up

Received a notification from my bank app that the first payment on this DD was coming out today.
 

Mines come out, don’t know about anyone else but I only got a notification through Barclays on Monday to say SAFC had set the DD up
 
Just noticed that because I paid a down payment by Credit Card they have taken this months payment of the same card instead of using my DD

Just recieved email saying 2 lots of direct debit set up for 2 different amounts each month . As usual no one to contact on telephones so gonna had to be a trip to ticket office tonight see whsts going on
The ticket operation at this club is the only thing thats regressed. Pathetic as usual
You haven't moaned about something for a few days so the club have done this on purpose
 
Not sure If I've done something differently this year, but they're taking 1 big payment for mine and my brothers instead of 2 smaller ones like they have every other year.

Same amount coming out so I have no problems with it, just seemed weird.
 
So basically I renewed my ticket and gave relevant DD info. Confirmed all set up.
Did the same for my mother in law's etc.
However, because she was the last person to set up in my F&F group. Her DD is paying for mine as well.
Went to ticket office to request that my ST needed to come from My DD. They said that this is how the system works and there is nothing they can do.
Of course I can pay my MIL by standing order my amount to cover it. But that is not how it has worked previously and not how it should work now. The ticket office were barely apologetic. Its like its my fault for being so stupid for being a Football supporter.
The SAFC ticket office just beggars belief. They consistently just keep coming up with ways to disenfranchise their supporters.

I have one thing to say to all of it really and that is ......... Leicester City!!

I feel your pain. This happened to me-where both mine and my dad's payments were coming out of my account-though I spotted it on my ticket account at renewal time.

However, despite 3 visits to the ticket office which resulted in 1)No direct debits at all being set up. 2) Direct debits for two season tickets coming out of both bank accounts. 3) One direct debit for one ticket, they still couldn't get it right.

In the end, despite physically reading out separate bank details to the clearly untrained staff on each visit, both direct debits have ended up coming out of my account.

It seems unnecessarily complicated (though I suspect the majority of the staff just can't work the system), time - consuming and stressful.
