Direct debit confirmation balls up


Cheers that makes me feel a little better. I’ll log on and see if the 3 amounts add up. It did state 3 separate debits and amounts last time I was in my account like.
It seems what used to be multiple smaller payments for multiple SC are now in one.
119 x 6 for me and bairn, which adds up to our total SC cost
 
on my account it has a list of last seasons direct debits and a list of the direct debits upcoming

on the bairns account it shows nothing, none for last season and none for the season coming up, even though they are both set up for DD's. i have the email confirmations

Log in > hover over your initials in the corner > click season tickets > 'tick' the ST for 26/27 season > click 'direct debits' in the top right corner

there should be a list of upcoming payments

is it not set up as one payment coming from your bank for your and bairns tickets maybe that why only showing up on your account on ticket site

nah the bairns is a different direct debit, coming from a different bank account all together.

when i log into the bairns account there should be a list of future direct debits, like there is on my account. its worrying
 
Nothing taken from mine - direct debit to Monzo - again. Same issue last season and I had to log in each month to pay manually - didn't receive any comms from the ticket office then and only realised due to the SMB
 
Ticket office answer machine saying it’s closed but open 9-5 Mon-Fri so maybe having an emergency meeting or dealing with a massive queue at the TO.
