Direct debit confirmation balls up

Set up my renewal with my bank details. My brother couldn't get his sorted on his account for some reason so I sorted his through my account at a later date using his bank details. Nowt has come out of my account but they've taken two lots out of his. Will have to ring up to confirm they are for our two tickets.
 

Mine hasn’t been taken out and no sign of it being set up in online banking, it’s the same account as last year. It says on my safc.con account I’ve bought a season ticket I’ve got confirmation but nothing taken.

I 100% knew they would balls this up.
 
My direct debit has come out but my son set up a card payment and he has been frantically messaging me this morning panicking because his payment hasn't come out

Same, my confirmation email has the dates and amount and just says ‘online payment’

No charges to card or direct debit either.
 
2 of ours have, one hasn't

just checked and bank details and everything is correct on the ticket website, got the confirmation email, everything covered. hopefully it comes out today. can't be chewed with getting in touch with them
 
My bank are saying it has been paid but not left my account yet. There is more than enough money in the account.
 
Looks like my ddebit has came out of my mates bank. I set mine up a few days before I set his up as he had issues sorting his. I did it via my account and didn't alter my ddebit.

Mine is one payment for two tickets, £130 odd quid.
