The mrs speciality,lovely jubbly, kampung recipe.Best I had was in the kampung and they had it in a big cauldron on a wood fire from about 5 in the morning.
Is that the asian gadgy been there years?

Roast Pork with all the gear.
Popped to Stokesley farmers market yesterday and picked up some Korean food from the stall there. Pear pork, bbq beef and a pork and veg stew. Reasonably authentic.

We've just had roast beef. Beef was a perfect pink inside. Shame she burnt the parsnips tho otherwise would have been 10/10. No excuse for burning parsnips so it gets a 6/10

For tea, i've just had a potatoe and cauliflower curry, homemade, Nigel Slater recipe, was very nice.
I also made a mushroom lasagne, Yotam Ottolenghi recipe, for tomorrow nights tea

Roast leg of lamb, crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, veg, thick gravy, bottle of 19 Crimes red wine.
Belly pork,roast tatties puddings, etc etc.
