He’s by no means the worst, and is subtle with it, but it’s there just under the surface imo. I think some of what he comes out with maybe gets lost in translation a little bit. For instance the neighbours wife comment, but I think he is liable to chat just as much shit as any other Indian cricket follower I’ve come across. Perhaps a case of unfairly tarring him a bit with the same brush as all the other nuggets on FB or twatter that comment on cricket, but Im afraid I just can’t have this ‘DK’ hype.

I agree with you on both of those commentators - they have been really refreshing.

Always like Gavaskar on TMS but he was awful during the winter on the Indian feed that channel 4 took. Such a great player in his own right, doesn’t really need to suck off Kohli etc like the rest of them
