Digital Season Tickets etc.


Members who have cards

Renewed membership – Last year’s membership card will be activated for entry this season. If you have lost your card, please report this to the box office or go to Gate 2 tomorrow on arrival.

New members requesting a physical card – New members who have opted for a physical card can collect their card from Gate 2 at any point during this game. Those who do not attend game one will have their cards posted to them on Monday night to arrive ahead of game 2.
 
Logged onto my Durham CCC account earlier hoping to add my T20 ST to phone wallet, but nowt there. Sales confirmation and invoice in my account but still no ST!!
The lad at the box office said he’d report it to IT.
Any T20 ST holders having the same issue?

Good luck trying to add the ticket to your phone wallet, they don’t provide that option for the full season ticket which is pretty poor. Here’s a copy of a post I put in the match thread:

Just got the e mail about the digital membership card. Bit rubbish that I can’t save it to my Apple wallet in the same way I have my SAFC season ticket. The instructions say

In order to access your ticket offline, don't forget to store it on your mobile phone. When the ticket is displayed on your screen, click on the button "Open in..." and select an application that can store a file on your device. This may be iBooks, Files & Adobe for Apple devices. This may be My Files or Downloads for Android devices.

Problem is I can’t see an “open in” button
🤷‍♂️.

I’ll be asking at the box office but your post doesn’t fill me with any confidence that I’ll get a sensible answer

I also downloaded my SAFC ST to my apple wallet without an issue.
I envisage more problems ahead with the digital T20 ST.
Wish they would just update the ST card and make things simpler and less stressful.
My first membership was like that, now it’s just a card, at our club they keep it behind the bar and anyone who wants to take it for a particular game asks the club chairman and they get the physical card for however long they need it. It’s simple.

Problem would be if they insist on an electronic/digital version, given DCCC’s recent history regarding distribution of tickets I’m not confident that this would work well at all :lol:

I'd imagine the T20 season tickets would only be sent out just prior to the T20 campaign starting, so a while yet

If they go this route for memberships, it’ll be interesting to know how it’s managed for shared memberships - a lot of local clubs have a membership card (or two) which various people at the club use. Could be a logistical nightmare if that has to be in a phone wallet.
The hassle of sending a email which will take about 3Seconds I'd imagine. Very simple and basic. Its 2025. Then for that person to press download will take them 1 seconds. So about 4 seconds of time?

Yes, had time to spare before going yesterday. I know the first time I tried there was no Apple wallet option and the instructions talked about downloading to iBooks or some such rubbish

It was the same link and this time when I got into my account there was a wallet option

I’ve just checked and it’s moved into expired passes even though it clearly says Membership 2025 so they still haven’t got it right.🤦🏼‍♂️

I’m not going today so I’ll have another play around before Yorkshire and give some feedback to the box office

I put it in my apple wallet yesterday, and it scanned. Cheers mate 👍
 
If it’s like mine it moved itself into expired passes. I’ve moved it back by clicking “unhide”

Hope it doesn’t move every time I use it, I’ll see what happens at the Yorkshire game 🤔
Yes, I’ve just had to do the same thing. Would it not work if you just took a screenshot? Or does it have to be unhidden in the wallet

I would expect a screenshot to work but it shouldn’t be necessary.

Given that they have just introduced the ability to use the wallet it may be just a bug that needs fixing. I’ll mention it at the box office at the next match to see if they know about it
 
I collected my physical membership card at the Warks game. Guess what turns up in today's post. Another membership card, same name, same membership number.
