Just seen an update. Side batting first got 18 points. Team batting 2nd got 3. So even more nonsense as to why they did it, could have understood more if it was more level in terms of points gained
 
Surely must have turned down singles etc to stay on 0. I think I read that the bloke who scored 4 got them off one scoring shot off the edge.

Should’ve made for a fairly quick, but immeasurably boring, spell in the field though.

Aye thinking about it that sounds it might possibly be a fair call. If so, a you take the piss we take the piss response is quite justified. And well done for pulling it off.
