Errr, he bottled it and pulled out when he thought the golie was gonna clatter him and Owen had never ever seen the like (in as many words)

Anyway, chaps please feel free to nominate me to the Mods for "Thread Title of the Season".

Thanks in advance.... :lol::lol::lol:

Surely you don't get to the level of professional footballer and bottle to head a ball? How many balls must have he hit with his head in his career? And what was he scared of?

You tell me mate, obviously you haven't seen any replays of it. Maybe like a lad said above he thought the keeper was going to clatter into him but he was miles away and even so he's paid a small fortune off us so he should bust a gut gettin any body part he can to knock the ball in the net!

The bigger question for me is why, after a f***ing deplorable performance against MK Dons was he doing on the pitch in the first place....

I'm guessing that Paolo gave him a last chance to redeem himself by starting him yesterday and the alleged incident at half-time was Paolo telling him he's blown it.

No, not a cartoon film just the absolute disgrace he has been in the last 2, 1/2 games he has "played" in.

Bottling that header means he should never, ever put on a SAFC shirt again.
Some fans are still living on his Man City goal.What else has he ever done.

How the f*ck can you bottle a header? Did he think it was a bomb from Kim Jong Un and the North Koreans for a second?
Even my missus, who knows absolutely nothing about football, (I will be teaching her) said isn't he meant to hit the ball with his head in to the bet thingy, even I know you do that!

Clearly Ji is utter crap! I've seen 4 year olds do better than that!

I guess thats probably right.....BUT, after Tuesday it should never have happened. We can't afford "last chance saloons" , it was clear that he was out of his depth so the risk was totally pointless

The worst thing is that Di Canio actually rated the fooka
