Been thinking about a few past derby matches and I can think of loads of wonder goals we have scored over the years.

Johnson (I know) scored a couple of crackers, Richardson's free kick, Elliott at Sid James, Vaughan, Colback, Marco in the play off, Borini, Defoe. Sess. Probably missed a few.

We have whacked in some wonder goals v them over the past few years.

Their goals seem to be mostly scrappy in comparison.

Richardson's free kick is probably my favourite as it was the first time we had beaten them at home when I was there other than a friendly. That had hung heavy on me for years and we had come close so many times only to see it snatched away.

In the 3-2 defeat at Skunk Park, Stephen Elliot and Liam Lawrence goals were decent mind, reluctantly so was Emres

Defoe's volley was the best of the recent ones. Sublime technique.

But for the net, I would have caught Richardson's free kick.
Not my son to my left, nor my son to my right or the guy in front or behind, but me :lol:
Never watched a goal in like that in all my years. Was an amazing experience.
 
As the classier club it's only right that we score 30 yard volleys and top corner screamers. Mags can stick to bundling it over the line or scoring goals that were actually misplaced crosses

Was that before the 6 in a row technically 7 in a row little man? I can't remember as it seems like a long long long time ago;)
