Dennis Cirkin

Literally said the same whilst i was walking down the steps at full time. He went straight over to the south stand stood by himself and looked quite emotional then hugged loads staff members on way back to the tunnel

Hope he's staying personally. Along with a lot of last seasons players, I think they can do a job in the squad with better players around them to give them that chance to step up without being bang under pressure.

I could Neil and Patto in that too. Home grown and local should count for something imo.

While he isn't an automatic first choice he is a decent backup option

If he has to go for more first team football then so be it. Personally, for the minimal fee we would get (and presumably have to give some to Spurs too) I'd keep him till the end of the season unless we have someone lined up

Get the lad signed up again man ffs..! 🤞
Problem is we don't know whether he wants to or what has been offered (if anything)

He is not first choice here and may have been offered way more elsewhere/to be a first choice at another club either at the top end of the Championship or in the PL

If he was away don't think we would have took a chance and played him.
Semenyo played and scored the winner the day before he signed for city. I doubt we would be bothered about the measly sum we are going to get for Cirkin just back from injury and 6 months left on his contract. I would also suspect Cirkin would have made himself available.

For the record I noticed it at the end but then he seemed to walk off and not clap the rest of the crowd what you would have thought if he was off. Who knows!
