I can’t see Cirkin being here next season. He’s a decent player when fit but he’s stuck in a continuous cycle of playing back up to Reinildo and then when the odd opportunity presents itself to play he’s either not fit or Hume is preferred ahead of him.

I think both parties will reach the conclusion that a parting of the ways is the best option.
 

He’s not better than Reinildo but given his age and the fact he picks up injuries we’ll need to look for a new first choice left back soon ish.

The not fit is the issue for me. We need to try and get someone who is available more often with the same quality if not better.
Wingers, left back, cm and a striker we need in the summer

We do need some homegrown players like if we want a 25 man squad.

Ballard and 09 are the only ones I've not seen people say to get rid. So we'd need to sign 6 over the age of 21 to replace the gaps wed have

Be a struggle to get someone better than Reinildo mind. Presuming we stay up it’s going to be a fascinating summer again in terms of seeing just how ambitious the club will be in the window.

Yep, he'd be a great 2nd choice, but he's not reliable enough to even fulfil that role.

Totally agree. I think jan was a bit underwhelming to be honest as the squad needed more help.. hopefully we kick on massively in the summer.
I agree it’s hard to get better than reinildo but they need to try. Same with most positions

January we very rarely sign anyone going straight into the first team. We made a play for brennan johnson but we normally seem to think there's no value in january
 
Reinildo as 1st choice, Cirkin 2nd, and 1-2 young lads age 18-20 with potential to step up or cover. the lad in the 18s today looked promising, bring in another. All about the pipeline

He joined us in Aug 21 according to wiki.

He played in 106 of the 184 games, a 57pc "attendance rating".

His third season here he only played 8 times.

Granted, he's nee Higgins or Alese, but he's no Iron Man either.
