Great performance tonight.

Only a month ago it looked like one of the priorities in the Jan window was a LB as cover for reinildo.

Will be interesting to see what happens now. Do the hierarchy rate Cirkin highly enough to give him the contract that he'll accept?

Thats s big question. Also will he be happy to play backup to reinildo, when he could have the same role back at spurs with inflated wages. This will give him the confidence that he isnt out of place in the Premier league, and might actually push a move closer in reality as I can't see him displacing reinildo. Thats not a dig at cirkin, reinildo is just that good

I thought he was outstanding tonight. A massive improvement from the last game. I voted for him in the mom, Nordi was outstanding, but he always is. That’s why I think Cerkin should have some credit.

I think they should, he’s home grown too, he ticks a lot of box’s if he keeps this up. Be sad if he doesn’t sign a new deal tbh. Credit to the lad out of Hume Ballard and cirkin cirkin was the one I had the biggest doubt over.

If he keeps that level of performance up (which would be really tough tbf) then Reinildo will have to wait for his chance back in the team.

Tough call but it would arguably be the right thing. That said, reinildo is possibly the best left back i have seen play for the lads. He is just incredible. I rarely think the winger will get the better of him. It's crazy to think he was out of contract and we got him

Yep the home grown bit will soon be important to us - and it seems to be a driver in Spurs' supposed interest.

I'm wondering whether there may be some personal considerations at work as well- maybe he feels he needs to be back down south?

Anyway, great performance from what seems like really good lad.
