The jury is still out on whether Cirkin is good enough for what we need but to judge the lad after his first PL game after being out for months and carrying an injury for about a year is just stupid. He's had a few U21 games and people think he's going to hit the ground running? Have a word with yourselves 🤣

Err maybe the reservations are based on what we have seen in the past . Why is it that opposistion managers target his wing. The view he is not going to improve may be debatable but its not "Stupid"

It's a bit depressing how many people have written the lad off entirely after one match where he was actually decent for most of it, and only struggled after you could see he was running out of steam.

Thank fuck the people that matter at the club have more brains than these idiots who decide a player is done at the club after one mistake in one game. If they did we'd have no bloody players left, shipping them out after a single mistake.

I would have targeted his wing because he's just back from injury. He was rated as the best left back in the Championship by many pundits at the first part of last season and was carrying an injury for most of it. Anyway,, well done to you if you can know an injured or recovering player's ceiling. You should be a top manager 😉

However if you read all the thread you will see people have reservations based on far more than one game. I hope he improves and i have not ruled that out but your calling out a lot of people as 'idiots' im sure they would not agree

Super first half.

He said that last time out he was cramping up after an hour, so let's see how he does tonight in the second half.

Me also. Whenever the ball goes to him, my first thought now is that he will lose possession immediately.
Don’t want to be overly negative though as the team are plying well but I would hope Mundle will be coming on sooner rather than later.

He's getting marked hard to be fair to him. Most of the time when he's given the ball in the final third, he's got two players directly on him and three more backing those up about 10 feet away.

Man City obviously know he's a threat if he's given any space whatsoever.
