I could of so predi tsble sadly said it all last season too he goes missing all the time unavoidable fact
He played pretty well. You didn’t watch the game objectively just typed out what you had decided to type out pre game. It’s sad that some fans just have to have a scapegoat ☹️

What's difficult for the lads who were with us in the Championship, is that we have a preconceived idea that they're holdovers and Championship level players. They have to prove themselves doubly so, because ou can sense the nervousness from the crowd when they're on the ball, and that seems to feed into their passing and risk taking. There were times today when he and Rigg had time to play, but didn't want to get caught, so just played it back, which is a bit of a pattern for us.

Like I said, got to get behind them, give them a chance to make their mistakes. Having a good squad means players who aren't the top level, but especially when they're young, we have to give them time.

Hume is levels above the others, as is Mukiele who is levels above Hume.
We are all a team like & not everyone is at the same level. We will upgrade certain players as the journey progresses. For me it’s a creative midfielder we need, unless Diarra can do it.

Which is exactly my point. Your view of him as a player has completely shaped how you judge him. I’m not convinced at all by him particularly at this level but I’m not going to let that affect how I judge him game by game. He did pretty well today - there were far worse than him in the pitch

Benefit of the doubt coming back from a long time out but he was miles off it today.

Was in the wrong postcode for their goal, don't think he won a single header all game, and made numerous awful attempted clearances when under pressure.

Sorry fella he was poor today better lsdt 30 but his ususl wandering lack of concentration cost us a gosl, again he has history. Good result with limited resources

For f@#£k sake cut the lad some slack. His first proper game for months. He has ability and I think he can provide a good option at left back, not necessarily first choice but let’s get him fully fit and see where he can go.
How often are we too quick to make judgments, Semenyo was thought of as dog shite here. Now worth £ squillions.
We need to be patient with lots of our younuns.
Small steps with a consideration of where we are , just promoted doing really well , patience! No over reaction trust in the process.
We have people making decisions who for the first time in ages have a connection with the fans, and have a plan.
