let’s take the question away from the current ownership and how they are performing.

We currently have the 19th wage bill in the league with the number 1 attendance.

As the days of a rich owner coming along and bank rolling us look unlikely. Would people prefer us to be ran with a balanced budget or would people be happy to take on a level of debt to fight for premier league promotion?

I think this should be an option if the right player comes along, but you only need that one player to fail to completely mess up your budget.

Yeah, I think this summer is the big test. Let’s say we get £30m from selling a couple of players then it will be interesting to see what we are like come September 1st.

Off field the club is slowly and carefully turning she club around. This isn’t an overnight fix. Interestingly it’s not really been picked up much in the Hummel thread, if at all, but the club state it’s the biggest ever commercial deal!

I’d imagine there’ll bet lots of interest in buying the club once establish back in the prem due to the sustainable manner it’s being ran.
