I thought he came over pretty well, I was surprised when he said he wanted to stay after relegation & it was Frank Burrows who encouraged him to move on. Apparently 4 or 5 first division clubs wanted him at the time.
He was very diplomatic about Tom Cowie as chairman. Worth a watch during lock down

Unfortunately Chris Turner has turned into a right-wing loon, was a good goalkeeper for us though.

I hadn't picked up on that, what a knacker. A super keeper for us and I always looked out for him after he left. Must be in the South Yorkshire water, sure Waddle paddles in the same pond.
