This came on in the car on one of my Spotify playlists today..

Reading between the lines of reporting, the depression that he wrote about so brilliantly for decades finally out-ran him. So sad.

'I asked a painter
why the roads are all painted black
He said "Steve, it's because people leave
And no highway will bring them back."'
