any appointment thatr results in dodds/proctor being coaches, nevermind dodds being assistant will show this recruitment process up for what it is

you can call me a bed wetter all you like but this process is pure amateur hour

you have people saying 'i dont mind waiting if we get the right man' and 'if we wait until the summer more people are available', you have to make a decision at some point and we've been dillying since Feb

Probably not but he did start at the bottom and work his way up . Not saying Challinor is who I want but I'd rather have him than the St Mirren manager . Certainly would be underwhelmed if either were appointed but not at all surprised.
 
My mate is a Pools fan. Says Challinor is over rated. Couldn't get a win away from home with Pools and was a lucky manager.
Stockport have bought success and Challinor has had a couple of wobbles there. Does not play attractive football.
Just saying.

I hope he also said about him loosing the dressing room and being investigated for bullying.
