Dave Challinor - managerial rumour

Get Into Em

Striker
Rumours starting to circulate that he could be the new boss.

Most recently at Hartlepool and Stockport County.

A win percentage of 53% across his career.

An average PPG of 1.82 across his career.

Highest level managed is League Two - unexpectedly won League Two last season with Stockport.

Known locally for playing entertaining football at Hartlepool.

Won the National League North with Fyle, promoted via the National League Play-Offs with Pools, won the National League and League Two with Stockport.

Currently 10/1 with SkyBet.

Starting to think any manager that comes here will just see the job as quick way to make a few quid when they get sacked in a few months.
With the current model of only buying kids and people in charge of the club being unwilling to take even the slightest risk, it is virtually impossible to be a success here.

Apparently we’re also looking at Jamie McLean. He got East Boldon Juniors to the semi final of the school county cup with an aggressive 4-2-1-3-1 formation. He overachieved against his budget of £500 a year and has a PPG of 2.34, even though his best player moved to Denton. Also good bringing through youngsters.
