I don't.

Wife and grandparents do though.

That's not the point. Lazy ignorant stereotypes like that belong back in the dark ages

Look cant we just put the Mcmenemy era behind us once and for all.

We will need about 4-5 quality additions, we already have a squad capable of staying up next season, but we'll kick on and spend some good money I would expect, no way would Rafa have stayed if he wasn't promised funds. Plus we banked 30 mil from our sales so we have a canny amount to begin with.

Ynar the way Bayern always buy the best players from the clubs considered to be their biggest threat ie Dortmund and Lewandoski. Well thats you and Murphy that is....the Bayern of the north.

I've seen Hanley play a couple of times for them & he's been decent. Not saying he's worth whatever they paid for him, that he'll be any good in the Premier or that he's doing canny in a team that's walking the league, but he hasn't been shit it a disaster for them at all. He doesn't start every game, but they seem to rotate players quite often.

Saving him for the champions league

FTM

Signed a couple of full backs he's not played either for about 8m too.

He's pretty much wasted all of the sisserker money, but it'll never be reported like that.

No they wont. They will sell them in the summer for a loss and buy lots of new players for lots of money as they don't have the same financial pressures as us. Them signing Hanley and Murphy is a non issue, they aren't playing, wont play much and they are top of the league without them and will go up.

Now us signing the likes of Rodwell in the recent past and McNair, Love and N'Dong this year, when we only have a 30 million budget and are haemorrhaging 25 million per year. That's an issue.

The highlighted bit is deluded and borderline hilarious. Did you not see your top player Shelvey when not in possession of the football in the mans league? He's hopeless, gets caught out of position, makes daft fouls to make up for it. He got sold by Swansea and dropped by Newcastle because of it. Suddenly he's ripping the piss out of QPR, Rotherham and Brentford and you lot are touting him for England. He's your best player.

Your squad is nowhere near good enough to survive. That said Rafa will know that and you will buy more than 4 or 5 and will be OK.

£25M? The sky deal has gone up £30M this season.

Murphy may go out on loan but there's zero chance of anybody offering him a deal like the mags have.

The mags have lost £35M of sky money this season compared to last, £65M less than us.

But aye, everything is rosy...

May 2018 will be when we can judge the mags Beneathus' master plan.

I'm not sure you have a grasp of finances. If the sky deal goes up 30 million it goes up 30 million for everyone else. Everyone else in the league bar one other club is making a profit without that money including the mags for the last couple of seasons. Even with this windfall we cant compete with others AND stop haemorrhaging 25 million and the club are using the money to try and improve the balance sheet. We are in deep, deep shit. The mags make a profit every year and are taking a one off, one season financial hit. Financial mismanagement is our expertise, no-one does it better. You are picking the wrong fight and picking out a Daryl Murphy when they got 60 million and 100k of their wage bill for selling tripe like Sissoko, Wijnaldum seems a bit daft IMO.

Flaw in your argument here. Sorry to tell you this. The black and white bastards have not made money on being relegated, you may think its all rosy over there, trust me it isnt

They have got 26 players off their wage bill and brought in 16 in the summer. They brought in close to 90 million selling 6 players (sissoko 35,Wijnaldum 25, Townsend 12, Janmaat, Cabella and Thauvin who has just had a release clause activated) They have got rid of other massive earners such as Coloccini, Cisse etc) They are in no bother at all.

You an accountant? I bet you dont make a lot, so they have lost no money :) :) :)

Nee idea - I know they have sold 6 overrated players that got them relegated and made 90 million  on them. Remember when we got 1.5 mill for Superkev. I do think its hilarious that our fans can be trying to take the piss out of any other set of fans in the world on finance issues

Rafa ensuring promotion by not only buying two teams worth of good Championship players.
But also buying his rivals best players to just sit in the reserves.

You're being very selective.

Yes, they sold players but they bought shed loads of others. The wage bill won't be much different as they have twice as many players.

They made circa £20M on the transfers, offset against £35M lost tv money and other related lost revenue, sponsorships, hospitality etc.

The mags have an interest free loan so they don't service their debt, we do.

We aren't in a brilliant position but the mags aren't Arsenal. They're a championship club with more poor players than good. Seriously how many would you have? Keepers, no, defenders, nope. They have a handful of lower premier league players and 3 handfuls of never has beens.

I Bet the twats are mid table when they get back up.

Based on what? The square root of fuck all?

By premier league standards there keeper and defence would be the worst in the league (maybe on a par with whoever comes up).

The rest of their players wouldn't get a game for a club like Everton.

The mags are flat track bullies at the minute. We saw first hand how good Beneathus is at premier league level with below average players.

They'll try to buy quality players but it won't be easy as every team is tossing big money around these days.

26 players out and 16 in. I'm not sure how that equates to having twice as many players  I wouldn't have many of their players at all. They have a handful that can step up and will buy and sell a lot when they go up. They also receive 55% of the premierships TV money this year as parachute payments so will get 20 million compared to our 35 mill and thats before you factor in the 20/30 million they have made in net transfers. In the premiership they slaughtered us on corporate and will still get much more revenue through the gate with bigger crowds and more expensive ticket prices. Their revenue pisses all over ours - in case you hadn't forgotten we are just about the worst run club in the country. You are flogging a dead horse wit your hatred for them making you blinkered.

However at least they signed Murphy.
