You can only offload players who WANT to be offloaded - you will probably be left with a bucket load of crap for the next three or four years using up your wage bill. The same situation we have been in for the last few seasons.

You see a lot of our players already have premier league experience... however even if loads of them didn't there's this magical thing called the transfer window, its great.

As explained we don't have many that I'm worried about making the step up barring one or two, and the BIG difference is Sunderland are left with these players because quite frankly you cant attract better players, whether you admit it or not or how cringey you might think it sounds Newcastle is a much bigger prospect for players to sign for and Benitez is a big pull for a lot of players also.

If you come back up, you'll be forced with a massive rebuild, as most of the players won't be good enough for the top level.
