The did a Geordie snack as well. I only ever bought hot crisps on a night out cos they were about 20p and I’d spent all my money on beer instead.

Whenever I've had them it's been a soft white bun filled with curry sauce like a doughnut the battered and fried.

Grangetown chippy on dinner from school about 18/19 years ago. About 50p or £1 with chips. Food of gods, dash of vinegar on.
