5 players £40m worth he signed in the summer on the bench
8 million a player , let’s be honest 8 million Is about the going rate for bang average player these days which is what these players are, team in that second half once Kennedy went off was all championship players from last season, shows what Benítez is up against.

How much have Burnley spend per player you dozy bastard

They will stay up comfortably tbh.

Bastards

You said that last time

They haven't won, at home, since October ..... and iirc more defeats than draws.

We're now in February and they have Man Utd next.

After that they only have 5 more home games including Chelsea and Arsenal.

The other three teams they play aren't 'mid table on the beach' outfits .... they're all right in the relegation dogfight.

The way Benitez sets up at home makes his players nervous, from what I've seen, and the crowd don't help.

Absolutely no idea and nor does it matter, they are having a one off season which does happen and has absolutely no bearing on anything at all to do with Newcastle.

Except he had most of those he signed on the bench.

Hew man your fat tosser of a manager should be doing better £5m a year for a washed up has been man  Keep on rimming him though you blinkered ****

£40m worth of his summer signings on the bench

Huddersfield, West Bromwich and Brighton for sure. Probably Stoke and Swansea too.

They’ll finish around 15th.
Huddersfield certainly, West Brom tough and go, Brighton I can't see at all, Swansea and Stoke play each other last game which could throw up a lot of scenario's, would fancy Swansea to finish above them, Stoke touch and go.

Based on your argument every single manager in the league below Burnley should be doing better.
