I'm stuck at home and getting sick of the constant 'live updates' from Sky and the other channels regarding the 'important match' between Sri Lanka, a country, and Essex, a county.

This is fuck all surely or a friendly at best.
It's like Darlo playing Norway for some crippled reserve team player's testimonial.

Does anyone know why cricket fans are so easily fooled ......... is it to get out of traipsing around Ikea or do they really believe there's some point in spending 3 weeks watching something that everyone knew would end in a draw before it kicked off?
