I’ve heard from a couple of people who say on field he is a complete and utter bellend which then makes it quite difficult to get along with him off field.

Never heard anyone say anything about how he is with fans etc like

Just repeating what I heard mate, the lad was pretty critical of him and said he'd refused autographs and photo's with kids when up here. He'd not be the only one over the years mind.

Unbelievable the amount of pressure on Williamson here. If he gets out you could imagine NZ imploding and destroying their run rate. It's really showing in how he's playing at the moment as well.

Edit: Although that was a beautiful shot for 4.

They need to lose by 212 and Pakistan win by 212 for it to swing. Not going to happen.

You say that but these two have scored over 50% of their total runs in this tournament. If they were to go before NZ reached 50 or 60 although unlikely it could happen.

Come on Woakes and Archer, nip a couple out and the whole thing settles down

Woakes has been fairly average in this tournament for me, not full enough early on

Getting better with every game imo, though yes - was quite mediocre at the start.

For me, Wood is the concern and the one I'd consider dropping to bring Ali back in if the pitch suggests it. He's gone the opposite way to Woakes - blistering early, starting to tail off. Probably condition related with him - he's played a lot of games.

Let's see how he goes today.

Plunkett should always play certainly. Knows how to pick up 2-55 in the middle order, even on roads. With Rashid ineffectual (a concern) that's even more precious.

He's a tosser tbh, been a number of things he's said over the years. Mourinho like - needs perceived slights to rile himself up. World v Jonny is how he sees everything.

Don't care a jot though - he's a player first, being nice doesn't need to come into it.

Yeah agree with all of that
