These slow pitches are the cause. I hope England have a proper plan in place. It will be a procession if we just tell Archer and Wood to bowl their bumpers.

Two rainouts changed the complexion of the tournamnet. Pak dropping a point agaisnt SL and New Zealand gaining one against India.

If not Pakistan and NZ would be even on 10, and NZ would need the England match, assuming they lose today. Would have been a virtual QF.

Still could be if we win tomorrow and Pakistan beat Bangladesh
