Woakes having a shocker here.

Has a mare every other game.

I got pelters on here from his fanboys for suggesting he was inconsistent.

What's the point of batting out the last few overs at 4 runs an over when you need 24 an over? Just have a dig.

That was a professional performance and a great tonic after the Pakistan mess. The batting was measured, but with a nice dash at the end, and Bangladesh never really looked in it with the bat. Great stuff.

Just down the order:D

3 for me but reckon they will open

I can’t think of a ODI player who is absolute world class who struggles to make it in tests

When you’re that talented it’s just about finding a method

I don’t mind opening, Burns n Jennings or whoever aren’t gonna grind out 100s regularly

I would bat him 5 or 6 personally rather than sticking him early against the moving ball, and destroying his test career before it’s started.

Rohit Sharma has been one of the best ODI batsman for years and is arguably better than Roy,but struggles in tests, however would defintely play Roy but down the order.

We don’t have room for 5 or 6 like, so he ain’t gonna player there let’s be honest.
