It can have an effect, aye. Looking at the forecast for the next 4 days, the prospect of a result in Friday's Pakistan v Sri Lanka match in Bristol may be remote.

Would be a complete disaster for PK. Need to pick points against the Sri Lankas of the tournament.

Poor from the organizers that each match doesn’t have a reserve day.

Guess who's got a ticket for that (and the England game in Cardiff) as part of a "long weekend in the south west watching a bit of cricket".

Anyone been to Bristol? Owt to do on a wet Friday?

Yeah, it's a game Pakistan would expect to win. For me, today looked like the wooden spoon decider.

Pubs? Never been to Bristol.

Forecast for Cardiff is currently dry but pretty cold.

So it’s not been statistically relevant?

I think Morgan will lose this 'we don't mind chasing' and bat first from now on mind. It's a World Cup and scoreboard pressure is x10 what it would normally be in an bog standard ODI. Just IMO of course :D

No, not at all.

Just backed India to win it 7/2 good price imo.

India & NZ pays Evens on Skybet, think that’s a very generous return personally.

I’ve gone with ‘SA to win, score highest in first 15 overs and hit most sixes’ at 9/1 with my £5 free bet like - so the double would be somewhat of an insurance marker

India and New Zealand double £10 @ just under evens. Happy enough with that....now for some little dabbles on batting etc.

Faf....less than 40.5 runs....£5 @ 10/11
De Kock less than 43.5 runs....£5 @ 10/11
