I don’t like bowling one player 5 off the spin at the end. Would look to use 2 of his now to get another wicket and save him 3 for the death. Batsmen usually find a way to score off a bowler after 5 straight overs

I reckon in the semi-final, Morgan missed counted and brought Woakes on one over short

Not really. You have to draw the line somewhere. Otherwise, if you want decisions to be correct, as you said, then just review the lot.
