Both openers doing great, both taken off after 5 overs? Perhaps rest Archer but I would have given Woakes at least another couple.

Plunkett has started well to be fair but I'd get Stokes on for Wood.

Morgan has become pretty predictable of late. Two seamers first 10 overs.
Then second line seamers / spinners in the middle, then First two seamers to close.
