Just a point of order, games at CLS this coming week been mentioned it will be cold cliche

Well it’s cracking the pavements currently

Thing is this is not the team that’s beat all comers everywhere. There is no hales, plunkett or David Wiley. All absent due to choice. It’s led to order changes and a lack of variety with wood and archer

Yeah for sure, Willey should have played against Australia, never mind in the squad

They picked Curran because he got some wickets in the build up, so what? He is never gonna play

I have some sympathy with England in the fact that the tournament has been nothing like what anyone thought, including the so called experts in the media

Michael Vaughan said 300 would be nowhere near enough in the WC and someone would get 500

different pitches, different venues, its been harder and things have snow balled

We should have adapted better but its I think its more that they just didn't grasp the importance of losing to Sri Lanka, they just thought, loads of other games left, we can win it there

If they'd just won that game they;d be absolutely fine and would get to the semis

I am not making excuses for them like, they will deserve to go out if they do.

Even Root who has had a great world cup, in the last 2 games has made liek 45 in important chases, Buttler next to nothing

Its easy to throw it at Vince or Bairstow or Ali or whatever, but our big players didn't step up in these 2 massive games

Finch got a 100, Warner got 50 odd etc

You don't get 2nd chances

Complacency has kicked in and it’s difficult to shift once there

Modern was interviewed talking about a six hitting competition after the Bangladesh hammering

Dangerous talk which has seen his downfall following that game. We’ve need less than six an over but have completely failed to look like getting them

Yeah that interview looks bad looking back, to be fair, they have won all around the world on tricky pitches playing like that

Its the balance of playing the way that got you successful and adapting, its not as easy as people make out to do that IMO

Lets be honest, India are nowhere near as good as we think they are

Also doesn't help the ICC doing everything they can to help them

Yeah, you clearly dont know much about Indian cricket do you.

Some teams had played 3 times before they had played ffs
What's that got to do with venues?

India wasn't happy with the late start, and that they didn't have as much recovery time between games.
