Still top after the weekends games. Having Tahir in has saved me once again and there were useful contributions from Kohli and Zaheer Khan as well; although bloody Sehwag had a 'mare against Ireland. :-x

I'm starting to reign in on the transfers as well; although the two behind me still have 7 or 8 transfers in hand; I get the feeling this lead won't last too long.
 
Just checked and I didnt even have Tahir in my team :-( And Tharanga actually lost me points...

Amazingly though I'm still 5th :lol:

I've now only got 10 transfers left to last 18 games (after the 2 over the next two days that I've accounted for).
 
Despite none of my players doing very well in the Eng v SA match (KP, Swann and Smith) I've still managed to stay in touch in 3rd place. Currently got Baidwan for Canada who took 2 wickets and 1 catch in Kenya's innings but it doesn't look like his batting skills will be required.

I'll probably drop him after today's game and bring in a New Zealand player for their clash tomorrow with Pakistan. However, I'll be sticking with Boom Boom as captain so hopefully he will continue his fine form.
 
I finally brought McCullum into my team and he gets 6! :evil:

Umar Akmal and Afridi best do well today as I've done piss poor in the last few days.

I picked him over Dhoni (who was the only player to have been in my team from day 1) in tomorrows India game because he opens the batting so was more likely to get a decent knock. And the fucker let me down :evil:
 
I like the look of the top of the table now. 8-)

Tomorrow's game is India v Holland and as I have no players from those teams in my side I'm going to have to make a transfer or two. Any ideas, lads?
 
None of my players did very well today, but I dropped another clanger in forgetting to change my captain :oops: Yet I'm still clinging onto 5th by my fingernails.
 
Century for Dilshan today. Swapped him with Malinga as captain when I heard Sri Lanka were batting first. Turning out to be a great decision so far. :-)

Your not kidding ! I picked Malinga and he is having his own personal nightmare :lol:

Dilshan is even taking wickets now.....get that lottery ticket on lad ;-)
