Craft Beer

I shall be partaking of a (hopefully) nice citrus based IPA possibly two , on Saturday afternoon

It doesn't say. There was a lot of criticism last year about there being a reduced range available at certain times so you'd hope they had learnt from it but can't find a program or owt

Edit - I have asked them if they have a list

Each brewery has their own stand this year so the choice should be much better. The change of venue has probably given them the luxury of space. Group of us going tonight, always enjoyed it at the boiler shop but the new Wylam Brewery is brilliant.

I've got a night of drinking America craft beer tonight, was dreading it, till reading this thread, now there is hope I won't be drinking luke warm wet farts.

I highly recommend the north brewing co beers, prototype and Sputnik are lusherooney.

Do you still get to Leeds much? Been in the brewery? Transmission, their IPA, is great and usually £3-4 on the brewery. Sure it's about 7% anarl.

Their Tzatziki Sour is one of the strangest beers I've tasted. Lovely sat in the sun

Haven't had that, some of the more 'extreme' ones shall we say are nice but I tend to stick to the regular Toxteth IPA/Penny Lane Pale etc in the main. They had a brewtap open a few summers ago, was very good.

I challenged myself to drink 500 different beers in a year so was buying anything online.... don't think I had a bad one from them. Very weird, but decent

Had a Siren Tschuss last night. A Berliner Weisse style beer. Quite a sour beer and a bit sherberty. Was ok, didn't have much depth of flavour.

Live in Leeds now and I always go in the north brewery pubs pubs when I'm out, mainly the cross keys as I live next to it but I have been to the brewery tap a few times. I prefer Northern Monk as a brewery tap but I like the north beers.

Just been sent a free box from Beer 52 to try to get me to sign up again... sure it's got that in

Red can with SPTK on it?
